American yaoi/hentai manga

Don't know if Aki and Kim remember the lady who ran the yaoi/hentai panel at Acen, her name was Yamillia (sp?)

Anyway, I bought her volume 1 of Winter Demon. The art was really beautiful.

I wasn't sure how much I'd like it because it started out with a reference to rape, but even though I know they're gonna end up together in the end it didn't gross me out because there was an actual reason given that it might eventually be believable for them to fall in love.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no actual penetration drawn. Although that might change because so far all we've gotten is 2 rapes and a blow job.

The added bonus chapters were cute, though at $12 it was a little pricey for manga. Still I imagine I'll buy them all eventually.

Be warned though that the story reads left to right like English books.

I also bought the Yaoi/Hentai volume 4. I just had to read some more about Trach the Tentacle Monster. It's the only story I've read in it so far and it was hilarious. A couple other stories have gorgeous art, so I'll let you know how they turn out.

I got volumes 2 and 3 in the mail today so I'll let you guys know if the manga stays interesting or takes a nose dive.

I also got the first Dark Hunters manga. I'm really looking forward to that one.

Hey there I'm new here. Although I've never even heard of Winter Demon but on the Anime-Expo that I went there was like a panel about it and I like totally liked the story line and the drawings. I wished I could buy it but sadly I don't have any money. Oh well since I'm not going to be in school for a while I hope to get a job and buy them. I agree that Loveless it's a cute manga and anime. Although I do wish that the anime continued but oh well. I'm sure you guys have heard about the novel that there is about loveless, about the rel fighter of Loveless finally showing up and how Ritsuka either had to like chose between his real fighter or Soubi.

I'm hoping to actually get into the Loveless manga soon since I really want to see how the story turns out.

I read Volume 2 and 3 of Winter Demon and the art is still really wonderful. The story is still interesting as well. Volume 4 is the conclusion but it will be a little bit before I can get it as I have to wait for one of the books stores to have a sale or coupon.

Loveless is still ongoing and honestly I never recommend it to anyone simply because it is constantly going on hiatus and I am afraid it might never get finished. Story wise I still think it's wonderful, but... the thought of it going unfinished kinda pisses me off. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I know wat u mean Lou, but I heard that Kouga-sensei said in an interview that 15 volumes is going to be the total in the Loveless series.

Really? Well at least a actual ending point in sight is a good sign that it will get completed.

She has like two or three other series that never really got an ending which was why I was always worried about Loveless.
