Soul Calibur III

So, I bought Soul Calibur III last week. Mainly because I played the hell out of it at MetroCon and I wanted a chance to really get good at it. The problem is everytime I try to play my brother is looking over my should like "want me to beat that guy for you" and what not. I was going through the training Tutorials and I'm amazed at how much they helped me already. I'm planning on getting some play time in on it this week since I'll barely be working. My main goal is to learn how to play Ivy really well. She's so bad ass. But right now Taki is the character I'm best with because she's so damn fast.

the only fighting game i really want to play is final fantasy dissidia (and i can't!! NO PSP! ARRRGGH!!!)... but i hear good things about soul calibur.

apparently, soul calibur IV is really, really good.

Fighting games are a lot of fun. I've always liked them they're much easier that RP games. The first game I got into was Dead or Alive.

Soul Calibur III is a lot of fun. I'm planning on play it as much as I can. But classes started today so that's going to limit my time.

that game sounds fun!!! i'm rubbish at fighting games though!!! i have no idea why!!! the only game i have ever sucessfully played is animal crossing city for the wii, i couldn't even use my ds for that game!!! i think i'm gamerly challenged!!! Embarassed

i'd love to actually be able to play games though!!!

You just have to find a game that you really like and obsess over it. After awhile gaming starts to get easier. I'm still a noob at gaming, but I love it.
